Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Exclusive Furniture, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup or Shipment
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed in its original packaging; for large items, our white-glove team will schedule a convenient pickup time.
- 3.Inspection Process
Once the item reaches our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the piece to ensure it meets our resale standards and is free of damages.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
